Apologetic Letter to Zacoo’s Customers

Dear Our Dignity Customers:

Recently we received our customers’ compliance and feedback respect to our negative customer service, the longtime delaying of orders and  wrong items sending etc..

Here we sincerely express our apology for any embarrassment we brought to you.  And with this apology letter, we want to clarify all the misunderstandings and any guesses towards our company.

Zacoo is a honesty company and it puts great effort to provide as many as products in good quality and competitive price as well as reliable and warm customer service. If we disappoint you ,that’s because our company is still young and we are not perfect. In the process of grown into a more stronger company, we are still experiencing something new. So we need your support and tolerance badly especially during the tough time.

We really appreciate the chance that we can explain for any embarrassments and we look forward to having a good communication with our customers.

As November and December is the holiday season and also a hot season for online purchasing.Therefore it may need more days for goods to arrive to you.  We can only help you to choose a reliable international postal service company but still there are lots things out of our control. We needs your patience and understanding.

In addition, we recently are relocating our warehouse from south of China to Beijing, in the north and center of China for the sake of having the most efficient international logistical service and an overall control  from the process of products sourcing, checking, dispatching and management.  It’s really a huge and trivial work and every member in our company has been worked till late night those days.On the one hand, they have to spare their time to do affairs of the new warehouse, on the other hand, they still tried their best to do the routine work to solve the customers various requirement as many as possible.

As the new warehouse has come to an end, everything returns to normal. We will take this lesson and promise to solve all the dissatisfaction in short time.

Introduce yourself (your name and where you grew up

I am Luo Pengfei, just got an English name by my workmate, Joey. I was born in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province

Tell us about it (the city/town you live in)

Yuncheng is a city with both beautiful nature scenery and long history. It’s said that it is one of the origin of human being. The history book records stories about Lei Zu, goodness of China, Yu and Shun, the emperor in ancient history.

What do you do at Zacoo.com?

I am the photograph and responsible for taking photos on our products. Normally I take photos in morning and prettify pictures with photo software like PS, AI etc..

What are your favorites products at zacoo.com?

I like resin beads best especially in floral shape.

Antique brass Tibetan charms are also among my like list.

What’s your goal?

My dream is that one day I can be a good and skillful photography. I’d better own a studio for Children photography.

What are your interests outside the Zacoo?

I am Zhang Qiming, you can call me Eric in English. I was born in Da Qing City, Hei Longjiang Province and I just spent my 20th birthday with my friends.

Daqing is well famous for its rich resource of oil, while it’s still the city of oil painting. It’s totally two different worlds.

Another feature I want to mention is that our town is located among beautiful lakes and rivers.

What’s your goal?

I want to be the best in purchasing goods in our industry.

Based on my daily work, I think to set up an effective electronic information system is important for our logistical department. It can greatly save labor cost and reduce the mistakes in our work. I hope one day, with this information system, we can monitor the shortages and repurchase them timely, or we could make a quotation to our customers when they make an inquire to us… Wow, the benefit is countless..

What are your interests outside the Zacoo?

I am busy on work but I will spare my time on reading novel, listening to the music and watching movies with friends.

I love Michael Jackson’s dance, Sylvester Gardenzo Stallone’s The Expendable, they make me crazy.

During my spare time, I also take some sports like play badminton and basketball. Like lots of people, my idol is Air Jordan.

Hello, my name is Dashan Zhou, in Chinese it means mountain. I grew up in a small city of northwest China, then I went to a college in Beijing, after graduated, I found a job and work here.

Tell us about it (the city/town you live in)
My home town is Yan’an, it famous for Chinese revolution, it called red city. There are many historical remains in this city, like the house of many famous people who lived in.

Wallet, cellphone, glasses.

What do you do at Zacoo.com?
I am in charge of sales market, the job is about how to sale on global internet platform, like ebay and so on. My daily job is investigating the market of our products, upload the product to platform, and change the sale strategy to achieve the most sale goal.

What are your favorites products at zacoo.com?
Resin flower cabochons are all beautiful and can create many different styles with them. They are my favorite products.

What’s your goal?
To grow up with the company together, the most wanted goal recently is to become the biggest seller of international platform in our business.

Read novel, my favorite novel is John Christopher by Romain Rolland
Play basketball and play SanGuoSha, a kind of board game developed by Yoka Games based on the western popular game of Bang. Integrated the three elements of history, literature and fine art, this card game demonstrates the stories in the Three Kingdoms Period.
