How to Order
Make an order at Zacoo.com is very easy and quick. You can just make an order by the following 5 steps. If you meet some problems during the procedure of making an order, just feel free to contact us.
1.Sign up or login with Zacoo for free
If you are new to Zacoo.com, click the 
button to proceed to the account information page. Current customers may login using a previously registered email address and password. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us!
2. Enter Product Information
Browse the product categories and choose the attributes you prefer or use the Search box 
to quickly find an item by its description. When you have found the item you are looking for, then enter the desired quantities in the quantities box and click the “Add to Cart” button 
to place the items in your cart. And also you can write your own review and requests in that page. Then when you place an order, we will know what do you want and will try to fit the requests.
If you want to change the quantity even that item is successfully added to your cart from a shipping page, you can enter the ”Shopping Cart” on the upper right side of the each page and enter the new quantity you would like to order and click on the “Update Shopping Cart” button.
3. Review Shopping Cart
To save your time, you should login before you add the item to the Shopping Cart, because we will keep all of your shopping cart data, which is carefully selected, FOREVER!
To arrive at the shopping cart from any other page, click on the “Shopping Cart” Button located in the upper right side of search box of each page. Once at the shopping cart, you can review all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart and information about each item. You can also make some changes to your shopping cart here.
To change the quantity of any item, enter the new quantity and click “Update Shopping Cart” at the top bottom of the cart listing. If you want to delete any item, select the item and click “Remove” on the top of the cart listing. When your cart update is complete, you may select “Continue Shopping” to return to the last shopping page you viewed, or “Proceed to Checkout” button to proceed through the checkout process.
This is also the screen where you will enter any discount codes and save money.
4. Check Out
1）Billing Information
If you need to enter your new billing address or update it, you may do so at this screen. If you will be shipping to an address that is different from your billing address, just click “Ship to different address” and click ”Continue” button , then you will add your new shipping address in “Shipping Information ” address box. Next time you will not need to take time to write to change it.
2）Shipping Information
You may edit your new shipping address in this screen or just select “Use Billing Address” that you’ve kept before.
3) Shipping Method
All available shipping options to your address will be listed. Once you have made your selection, click ”Continue” at the bottom of this page.
4）Payment Information
You will see all the payment methods we support. You can choose what you prefer to pay for the order. Once you have made your selection, click ”Continue” at the bottom of this page.
5．Order Review
Confirm your basic order information, including your products total, shipping and handling cost, shipping method and payment details. Once all information is correct, please click “Place Order”.
After finishing your order, the system will give you your order number and kindly send you a confirmation e-mail with a summary of the order.
Once you place an order, our system will automatically send you an unique order number and an order details through email. Then you can log in your account on our website and track the status and progress of your order.
