A product in my order was damaged or wrong. Do I need to return it?

If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us right away (within 30 days of receiving your order). We will replace missing or incorrect items free of charge and ship them with the same shipping method you selected when placed the order. If a replacement item is no longer in stock, we will offer a refund or credit voucher that you can apply to a future order.
