Zacoo has two kinds of membership: General Membership and Wholesale Membership. The privileges for membership are differed based on membership grades. For detailed information, please click and check the information below.
Membership Grades
Zacoo’s membership grade is divided into General Membership and Wholesale Membership according to accumulated qualified past purchase volume.
Visitors and registered customers that don’t meet the requirements of Wholesale Membership can become our General Membership.
Wholesale Membership has three grades of VIP, SVIP and Partner respectively.
How to become Wholesale Membership?
Wholesale Membership upgrade is upgraded according to your accumulated order volume in Zacoo website and associated eBay stores.
For Zacoo website:
Customers with accumulated consumption of $1000 on orders of Zacoo website since July 7, 2008 can become Zacoo’s VIP member.
Customers with accumulated consumption of $3000 on orders of Zacoo since July 7, 2008 can become Zacoo’s SVIP member.
Customers with accumulated consumption of $10000 on orders of Zacoo since July 7, 2008 can become Zacoo’s honored Partner.
For associated eBay stores:
Customers with accumulated consumption of $1000 on orders of associated eBay store since Mar. 1, 2012 can become Zacoo’s VIP member.
Customers with accumulated consumption of $3000 on orders of associated eBay store since Mar. 1, 2012 can become Zacoo’s SVIP member.
Customers with accumulated consumption of $10000 on orders of associated eBay store since Mar. 1, 2012 can become Zacoo’s honored Partner.

What’s the life period for wholesale membership?
We currently don’t adopt Life Period Policy on Zacoo’s Wholesale Membership. We will notify our customers when the life period is assured.

Q: What’s the qualified order volume?
A: It is the gross value calculated by total order volume minus money refund 、shipping fee and promotional coupon you using. Your orders include those placed on Zacoo website as well as associated eBay stores.
Q: If I choose to money refund, how you calculate order volume?
A: If consumer chooses to money refund, we will deduct that value for money refund.
Q: When will be the wholesale policy taken into effect? How will you deal with the existed orders before wholesale policy?
A: Our wholesale policy will be taken into effect on Apr. 9th, 2012. For the past purchase of Zacoo website, we will conclude them into your total order list. Our customer service will write emails to all the upgraded customers. If you meet the upgraded requirements, but you don’t receive the email notification, please feel free to contact us at sales@zacoo.com.
Q: When will my order begin to accumulate?
A: If you choose PayPal payment, we will begin to accumulate your order volume when you complete the payment. If you choose the Bank Wire Transfer and Western Union as your payment methods, we will upgrade your membership grade as soon as we receive your money. Generally, it needs 3 or 5 days for money transfer through these two payment methods.

A: We display different price information according to customer’s wholesale membership grade which is fixed in our system. If you don’t login your account, our system will judge your membership as “General Membership” that you can only see the general price without any discount. A: Sorry, as you place orders through different accounts, our system can’t accumulate order volume for you automatically. However, if your order meets the requirements of membership upgrading, you can submit your account and order information of Zacoo website and eBay stores, we will upgrade your membership after verification.
Q: My accumulated order volume under Zacoo website and associated eBay stores had reached the requirements for membership upgrading. What will I do to fulfill Zacoo’s wholesale membership upgrading?
